A rejuvenating escapade...

Are you from the generation where you used to get inspired to create art looking at the "MAD" show from "POGO"?
My brother and I created an umpteen number of art for which my mom scolded us umpteen times for wasting many items. I once took 1 kg of ladyfinger to make an art. I don't recall which kind of crazy art that was. She was right many a time and we were stubborn (PS: My brother is more stubborn than me). She enjoyed DIYs that we made and would ask if she could throw them after a week...lol. We understood her perspective but saved our stuff to this date even after we shifted to multiple places because of Dad's transferrable job. My brother has a weird habit of bringing stones of different shapes after school. My mom is not at fault guys....

Once we made a ball out of paper and painted it and felt like we achieved everything in the world. That is the only art that was successful from the "MAD" show tutorial. After a certain age I preferred pencil drawing over bro's preference of craft. After a while, we both had different interests.

This weekend I had a good time preparing an art with my friend. We created a mosaic of a bird and lord Ganesh together. It was refreshing to talk and work over a collaborative goal of finishing it up. After visiting there my friend said that this art makes me feel grounded and refreshed.

The focus mode on!

While working on the art there was a mom and daughter working on lord Balaji's painting. They focused on and discussed over on the colour choices and design prior. I felt it was a good time to connect with kids while participating in something they love. Few girls chose glass painting and spent time together.

The Final Result!

I went to a cycling park this weekend. I saw a peacock very close for the first time without any net. It was just beside me as I cycled along. I had a hard time cycling initially. I did not cycle after my 8th class. Honestly, I was too lazy to cycle, unlike my brother who rode 6km every day to school and home. I rode after a difficult start and it was so fun. The park has cycles for rentals. All you have to do is to go early to experience a good time. Thanks to my cousin for suggesting this amazing place!

At this point I feel this as fun time with friends over pubs and music. That doesn't mean I would never do the latter....hehe

These are the two different things I did over a weekend and had good fun💖.

See you guys next week!
